Role Description Coordinates system upgrades with internal teams and resolves complex problems; acts as escalation point for outages and issues. - Leverages multiple internal tools and supports development of automation scripts. - Participates in planning efforts and provides regular feedback to Lead(s)/ Project Manager(s)/ senior team members throughout the project. - Plans, manages and forecasts system resources. - Selects and deploys tools and processes to support operations and administration of enterprise infrastructure. - Helps plan for future of the system backup plan. - Leads components of the design of disaster/system recovery and testing. - Partners with development and business user teams to understand business needs/ context and requirements; identifies best in class practices and adopts into developing solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. - 2+ years relevant work experience. - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements - Evaluates and analyzes different types of information objectively to identify appropriate solutions. - Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex information in a concise format that is audience appropriate. - Takes a positive approach to tackling work and embraces change. - Understands and anticipates customer needs and takes action to provide high-quality products and services to exceed expectations. - Demonstrates working knowledge of market, economic, legal and regulatory environments and how they impact the business. - Understands how agility is leveraged in IT ways of working. - Takes initiative and identifies what needs to be done and acts without waiting to be asked.
