This role requires hands-on project management of complex knowledge of claims and underwriting as well as how AI can support business growth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role as the organization undertakes a major modernization efforts. This includes working closely with claims, IT, and operational teams to align business processes, minimize service disruptions, and maximize the benefits of the new platform for both internal users and external stakeholders.
