• Analyze paper and tissue machine process data to validate performance improvements and measure project impact on throughput and financial results for Andritz Fabrics & Rolls • Utilize established analytics templates to process data, populate reports, and recommend potential enhancements • Coordinate data collection efforts directly with customers and their teams, under Corporate Account Team oversight • Maintain and update the Value Results project database, ensuring accuracy, consistency and data integrity • Identify and implement usability improvements to enhance database functionality • Support product, sales and corporate accounts teams in developing project trial plans • Prepare and distribute routine monthly reports (ie – trial summaries, performance updates) • Coordinate trial activity and documented project results to meet defined CI guarantees within specific Corporations • Lead customer paper machine process audits and collaborate with internal product stakeholders to evaluate operating conditions, identify performance improvement opportunities, and quantify ROI for optimization initiatives. • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

• Managing, supervising and performing onsite technical service for VIB related equipment, such as repairs, refurbishments and upgrades • Responsible for top line growth and profitability • Ensure professional and timely response to customer enquiries • Build customer relationships and contacts to stakeholders • Increase onsite service business • Increasing sales of new, replacement or upgrade equipment • Support sales with visits, training and customer presentations • Configure, implement, and optimize applications to meet client needs. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting (remotely and onsite) • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers. • Work with the product home to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. • Develop and maintain technical and commercial documentation, including user guides and best practices. • Create and market preventative (regular) maintenance service plans • Collaborate with other product groups to develop complete customer solutions • 50%+ regional travel to customer sites and facilities, with occasional international travel for global meetings or training (when required)

• Provide hands-on guidance and performance oversight for Community Managers • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex operational and client-related matters, providing guidance and support to ensure effective resolution • Partner with the Associate Director on performance management, succession planning, and team capacity • Model best-in-class community management practices and professional standards • Design, implement, and continuously refine training programs • Deliver individualized coaching and mentoring to support skill development, confidence, and accountability • Establish and enforce consistent management standards, workflows, and service expectations • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director(s) to align development initiatives with organizational priorities • Provide regular insights on team performance, training effectiveness, and operational risks

• Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work. • Manage site team and execution of the project scope of work. • Ensure schedule, quality, and cost compliance with contractual obligations, company policy, and local regulations. • Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including resource control and policy formulation. • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices for improvement. • Use high levels of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems. • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
