Senior Education TA Manager

• Develop and maintain strong, collegial relationships with state education agencies (SEAs) and other clients to provide high-quality, relevant, and useful capacity-building technical assistance • Conduct needs assessments, develop and deliver technical assistance that clearly addresses client needs • Monitor and course correct technical assistance as needed • Assist with/ lead internal and external evaluations of education initiatives • Liaise with clients and project staff

Job Requirements

  • Doctorate in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience working with K-12 education policies, regulations, and systems at the state and/or national level
  • 3+ years developing and delivering technical assistance to state and district educators and leaders
  • 3+ years developing high-quality technical assistance materials, including information briefs, tools, presentations, and processes
  • 5+ years managing and/or contributing to complex evaluation and research projects using mixed methods approaches, including quantitative methods such as multilevel modeling, regression analysis, and qualitative methods such as case studies and interviews
  • 5+ years working with MS Office and other standard office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Connect)
