While the role can be performed remotely, occasional travel to either York, Pennsylvania, or Sterling Heights, Michigan, will be necessary. About the Role: As an EVMS Control Account Manager, you will play a leading role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our EVMS framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Quality Program Manager (QPM), EV Finance, Scheduling, and Program Management to plan and manage scope of work within schedule and budget. This is a unique opportunity to apply your EVMS expertise in a broader context, driving project success and contributing to Quality initiatives in our Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business area. Responsibilities: - Plan, manage and deliver the scope of work within your allocated Control Account to quality standards - Establish and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Dictionary for the package - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage work scope, schedule, and budget - Perform appropriate breakdown of CWBS into discrete packages of work for each of their Control Accounts - Development / definition of WBS Dictionary statements for each Control Account and for individual Work Packages. They should include: Definition of SoW; Inputs / Dependencies; Deliverables and Milestones - Select and assign an Earned Value measurement technique for each Work Package - Time-phase budget assignments (labor and non-labor) - Commence planning for long lead time work where appropriate - Identify appropriate changes to maintain baseline integrity - Identify and manage risks and opportunities - Maintain an up-to-date report on progress against both the Master Schedule and Estimate to Completion (ETC) and, where appropriate, report Earned Value (EV) data - Perform Variance and Performance analysis on the EV data - Identify appropriate corrective actions and supportive narrative for key (major) issues. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $107359 - $182510 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
