• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on Microsoft Azure aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework. • Lead cloud readiness assessments, application modernization planning, and on-prem to cloud migration initiatives. • Develop high-level and low-level architecture designs covering compute, storage, networking, identity, backup/DR, and monitoring. • Architect complex Azure networking solutions, with a strong focus on: azure networking foundations azure Hybrid Connectivity (VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, VNet Peering) network security and segmentation using Azure Firewall and NSGs scaling, best practices, and limitations of network infrastructure Cross-tenant connectivity and multi-subscription designs • Drive architecture discussions around scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, compliance, and performance. • Lead the implementation of advanced Azure Active Directory (AD) Premium features focused on security, identity governance, and compliance. • Architect and provision Azure Kubernetes Service(AKS) clusters in Azure, including configuration of node pools, sizing, and integration with other Azure services. • Provide end-to-end system design for critical platforms such as core banking systems—including app servers, databases, messaging layers, security modules, and third-party integrations. • Guide DevOps strategy and CI/CD implementations using GitHub Actions or similar tools. • Develop and present Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models and migration cost estimations to stakeholders. • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all assigned resources and ensure smooth delivery in collaboration with engineers, PMs, and client teams. • Identify and resolve system vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and misconfigurations with industry best practices.

• Own the entire solution architecture, ensuring a seamless experience in guest flows. • Own and write corporate-level documentation SDD (Solution Design Documentation). • Produce the ODC (Outstanding Design Consideration) and KDD (Key Design Decisions), acting as the "source of truth" for engineering teams. • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and present designs in Technical Design Authority (TDA) forums. • Architect a centralized identity strategy using e.g. Microsoft Entra (External ID / B2C) to enable a "Single View of the Guest" across web, mobile, and all the supported services. • Drive security-by-design, including threat modeling, secrets management, and PII protection within a data-rich environment. • Design solutions aligned with the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Landing Zone patterns. • Partner with DevOps to define CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), and release strategies that support frequent deployments without disrupting the guest experience. • Address NFRs for observability to trace the "Connected Guest Journey" across distributed services (front-end, CMS, CRM, booking engine, data analytics).

We’re hiring an Implementation Engineer (Customizations & Integrations) to deliver customer-facing technical services across implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing support. This is not a core product engineering role. You will write code, but code is one of several tools you’ll use to deliver outcomes—alongside configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
