• Act as the technical lead during the pre-sales phase, partnering with Sales to understand customer requirements and shape technically sound, value-driven solutions • Develop a deep understanding of SkyCell’s end-to-end solutions, including hardware, software, data, and integrations, and how they apply within regulated pharma environments • Prepare, configure, and deliver tailored technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops for prospective customers • Lead in-depth technical discussions with customer stakeholders, addressing architecture, integrations, data flows, validation, and compliance-related questions • Configure and manage demonstration environments and support the creation of proofs of concept or prototypes to validate solution fit • Translate customer requirements into solution concepts, supporting proposal creation, RFP responses, and technical documentation • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and production-ready • Provide technical input into pricing, scope, and risk considerations during the sales process • Stay informed on industry trends, pharma regulations, and competitor solutions to effectively position SkyCell’s offering • Capture and relay structured feedback from the field to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and solution improvements • Support customer meetings, pilots, and industry events as a technical representative

• Provide consulting services to advise on best practices to use and implement best ERP solution for the client • Design, develop and deploy solutions and applications that help clients optimize the value they derive from their accounting and financial strategies • Perform maintenance and administrative tasks in both production and non-production environment • Manage and assist clients through proactive contact with prompt resolutions • Key point of contact for ERP implementations, upgrades and support, from kick off meeting/requirements gathering to testing, go-live and support • Analyze impact of specific requirements on the platform and identify the optimum way to migrate to the new platform – both functionality and data • Identify opportunities to improve performance and proactively challenge system usage to maximize return on investment • Ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction through project sign-off and survey follow up • Check deliverables of vendor partners to make sure they are fit-for-purpose and guide and coach teams as necessary • Build and maintain client relationships with business and technology stakeholders • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes • Follow set company processes, guidelines and framework • Act as subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on financial business processes and implementation approaches • Participate in sales and marketing activities as needed

• Designing, building, and optimizing scalable CRM solutions that support commercial field sales, patient services, medical, and operational business processes • Owning CRM architecture, integrations, and hands-on development while ensuring performance, security, and long-term scalability • Define data models, security frameworks, automation strategies, and integration patterns • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs • Build integrations with enterprise systems (data warehouses, marketing platforms, MDM, etc.)

• Lead pre-sales activities, including RFP technical evaluation, solutioning, proposal response, and proposal defence activities, with a focus on SAP Business Suite Manufacturing functions • Engage in technical discussions with the client, provide POVs, and drive presales engagement to closure • Provide system demos on Manufacturing functionalities, leading to the successful project award receipt • Work with other SMEs in cross-functional modules, providing RFP engagement, specific solutioning, scoping, and effort estimation • Engage with Delivery Team during Project Explore phase for successfully awarded projects, ensuring appropriate solutioning and Business Process Design sign-off • Aid in competency initiatives e.g. Solution accelerators, demos, POV build, RFP proposal standardization materials, estimate template build.
