About the role We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (Community Partnerships Manager) to engage with community-based organizations, build authentic relationships, and guide organizations in understanding opportunities to partner with Pear Suite. This role combines community engagement with sales acumen to drive meaningful partnerships. What Makes This Role Unique You'll build a pipeline of accounts through genuine community involvement - participating in virtual collaborative meetings, health plan convenings, and community health worker gatherings. Your success will come from being a trusted presence in the communities where our customers work, primarily through virtual relationship building with strategic in-person engagement at key industry events.
