• Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas B2C. • Realizar llamadas salientes a potenciales clientes. • Detectar necesidades, presentar la propuesta educativa y cerrar ventas. • Alcanzar y superar los KPIs comerciales establecidos. • Gestionar y mantener actualizado el pipeline en CRM. • Realizar seguimiento estructurado a leads y oportunidades abiertas. • Identificar oportunidades de renovación, venta cruzada y venta adicional. • Brindar una experiencia cercana, clara y profesional a cada familia.
Job Requirements
- +2 años de experiencia en ventas B2C , idealmente en venta consultiva o ciclos de venta cortos con alto volumen de leads.
- Historial demostrable de cumplimiento o superación de objetivos mensuales de ventas.
- Experiencia gestionando pipeline en CRM (HubSpot o Salesforce) con seguimiento estructurado y forecasting.
- Experiencia trabajando con KPIs comerciales (conversion rate, contact rate, close rate, revenue per lead, etc.).
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Perfil persuasivo, resiliente y altamente orientado a resultados.
- Alta autonomía, organización y disciplina para trabajo remoto.
- Se valorará experiencia previa en startups, sector educativo o EdTech.
- Nivel de inglés B2 (deseable) para interacción interna en entorno internacional.
