Senior Talent Development Specialist

Chainlink Labs

• Design and evolve the end-to-end talent development and manager enablement experience at Chainlink Labs, using a skills-based architecture to connect growth, capability, and talent decisions across the HR lifecycle. • Operate as a senior individual contributor, shaping how employees and managers build skills, grow careers, and lead effectively in a fast-moving Web3 environment. • Act as a subject matter expert in career development across functional and management paths, influencing through experience, data, and systems thinking. • Partner with senior leaders and People stakeholders to translate business priorities into coherent talent experiences. • Design and own end-to-end talent and manager journeys across functional and management career paths. • Map manager journeys and identify high-ROI “moments that matter” where targeted enablement drives outsized impact. • Architect scalable frameworks, tools, and guidance that enable managers and employees in the flow of work. • Build and evolve a skills-based talent architecture that supports skill supply and demand, development, and internal mobility. • Enable personalized learning and growth pathways through practical, skills-driven design. • Generate skills and talent insights that inform hiring, development, deployment, and workforce decisions. • Define success measures and use qualitative and quantitative signals to continuously improve talent and manager experiences.

Job Requirements

  • Deep expertise in talent development, manager enablement, skills-based talent systems, or organizational effectiveness
  • Demonstrate working fluency with AI tools, including comfort building and using lightweight app scripts or automations to support enablement, insights, and experimentation
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a conceptual and systems level, particularly in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Strong independent judgment and comfort owning outcomes with organization-wide impact
  • Proven ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders through clarity of thinking and narrative
  • Experience designing talent, manager, or skills journeys that integrate multiple touchpoints rather than isolated programs
  • Comfort operating in high-growth, distributed, or non-traditional environments
