You will own discovery, define solutions, and guide implementation teams — all while working directly with US-based clients across industries including manufacturing, financial services, and hi-tech. This is a consulting role with real ownership: you will lead workshops, author solution documents, and shape how Salesforce is deployed to solve meaningful business problems. What You Will Do - Lead business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with client stakeholders, capturing business goals, pain points, and success criteria. - Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and custom platform configurations. - Author business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), process flows, data models, and solution architecture diagrams. - Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with platform best practices. - Configure and customize the Salesforce platform: custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation. - Drive UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions meet client expectations. - Support change management and user adoption through training materials, documentation, and enablement sessions. - Manage requirements backlog and participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. - Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies — recommend mitigation strategies to project leadership. - Contribute to pre-sales efforts including scoping, estimation, and solution presentations for prospective clients. Requirements What We Are Looking For Experience - 4–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Techno-Functional Consultant. - 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration/administration experience. - Prior external consulting or SI delivery experience is strongly preferred. - Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud) in implementation contexts. Functional & Technical Skills - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes). - Experience with business process mapping, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder workshops. - Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, MS Office / Google Workspace. - Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration concepts. - Exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Revenue Cloud Advanced is a significant plus. - Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and basic data analysis. This includes: SOW reviews, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboarding - In collaboration with Neuraflash, Part of Accenture’s operations/staffing team and BU leadership, ensure the appropriate project team is staffed and defined while managing and mitigating staffing risks - Actively drive and participate in internal initiatives that can include driving innovation in the areas of solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology, and reusable assets - Contribute to NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture at a leadership level, be an advocate of our brand, and help NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture grow and scale - Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events QUALIFICATIONS: - 10+ years of consulting experience with a strong blend of solution architecture, pre-sales advisory, and client-facing leadership across iterative software development initiatives - 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or solution workstreams of 15+ team members, with direct accountability for solution strategy, technical direction, and stakeholder alignment - 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce or AWS solutions, with the ability to clearly explain platform capabilities, tradeoffs, implementation considerations, and roadmap options across Salesforce clouds and/or AWS services - Deep expertise in Contact Center, Salesforce, or AWS-based solution design, such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, Amazon Connect, and/or integrated CCaaS ecosystems - Proven pre-sales experience, including discovery leadership, solution mapping, scoping, estimation, and presenting technical and business value to C-level and VP-level stakeholders - Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across multiple phases of delivery—requirements, solution blueprinting, user experience, integrations, data models, QA strategy, and go-live readiness - Strong understanding of the full SDLC and program governance, enabling clear articulation of technical risks, architectural decisions, and roadmap tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience shaping and managing cross-functional solution teams, including developers, technical architects, business analysts, and QA resources to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions - Strong commercial acumen with proven experience creating SOWs, Level of Effort estimates, Change Orders, and supporting sales motions while managing scope, value proposition, and customer expectations - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of leading executive conversations, whiteboarding future-state architectures, roadmap creation, and influencing decision-making in pre-sales and delivery settings PREFERRED SKILLS: - Passion for delivering software solutions, building Salesforce, Amazon and other software solutions with state-of-the-art technology - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels including client-facing skills - Eager to embrace challenging situations and enjoys solving complex problems - Proven ability to work cross-functionally - Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, guiding them through end-to-end agentic transformation journeys across AI technologies - Maintain expertise in the evolving agentic marketplace, including platforms, frameworks, and emerging capabilities, to help customers make informed decisions - Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, value-aligned recommendations that support each customer’s business objectives, operational strategy, and digital-transformation roadmap - Identify common agentic use cases, assess customer readiness, and prepare actionable adoption strategies for customers - Provide thought leadership by sharing industry insights, publishing perspectives, and shaping best practices agentic systems Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
