Iteris is seeking a Sr. Revenue Strategy & Analytics Manager to help scale the analytics, planning, and insights that power our global revenue organization. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations, working closely with revenue leadership to strengthen forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and data-driven decision making. Reporting into the Revenue Operations organization, this role will partner directly with Sales Leadership and the Chief Sales Officer to develop analytical frameworks that support revenue planning, sales performance management, and go-to-market execution across Iteris’ portfolio of hardware, software, and services solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen, and enjoys translating complex datasets into insights that inform strategy and improve operational execution. What you will be doing: - Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and Finance to develop and refine revenue forecasts, financial models, and long-range revenue plans - Support weekly and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure alignment between pipeline, bookings, backlog, and revenue performance - Conduct scenario analysis to identify revenue risks and growth opportunities - Provide leadership with clear insights to improve forecast accuracy and revenue visibility - Analyze performance across Iteris’ hardware, software, and services offerings - Identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation, deal conversion, and sales velocity - Evaluate pricing trends, discounting patterns, and deal structures to understand their impact on revenue growth and margin - Deliver insights into sales motions, customer segmentation, and channel performance - Support annual quota planning, territory design and modeling in partnership with Sales Leadership and Finance - Analyze quota attainment trends and productivity metrics across the sales organization - Develop frameworks that connect pipeline coverage, quota allocation, and sales capacity - Help ensure revenue targets are aligned with realistic market opportunity and sales coverage - Define, manage and track the core performance metrics that guide the revenue organization - Build scalable dashboards and reporting infrastructure using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools - Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across systems - Translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights - Develop analytical summaries and presentations for executive leadership, quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions - Provide recommendations that improve sales performance, forecasting discipline, and GTM execution - Act as an analytical partner across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations - Support strategic initiatives including: go-to-market planning, partner performance analysis, new product launch measurement - Help build scalable analytical frameworks that support long-term revenue growth What you need to be successful in this role: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related analytical field (MBA a plus) - Over ten (10) years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Analytics, or FP&A within a technology-driven or high-growth organization - Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills with the ability to build financial and operational models - Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM and Revenue analytics, Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint - Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms - Working knowledge of SQL or data querying tools preferred - Strong ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations - Excellent communication skills with experience presenting analytical insights to senior leadership teams Iteris anticipates paying a base salary between $142,600 and $158,900 for this role. Job Requirements
