Regional Sales Manager

Role Description We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead customer success across the Central United States. Location Requirement (Important): This is a Remote working position. Candidates must reside in the Central US region. This role combines channel development and direct end-user engagement, requiring a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional. - Role Focus: - 50% Channel Management: Develop, support, and grow Kramer’s reseller and distribution partners. - 50% End-User Development: Build long-term relationships with end users through a consultative and value-based sales approach. The RSM is responsible for driving consistent revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening Kramer’s presence throughout the territory. Key Responsibilities - Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end users. - Identify and develop new business opportunities. - Represent Kramer at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. - Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline in Salesforce. - Collaborate with regional and global sales teams while operating independently. - Resolve customer issues related to sales and service. - Travel within the territory, up to 75%. Qualifications - Residence in the Central US region is required. - 5+ years of sales experience in Pro AV and IT markets. - Experience in direct sales to dealers or in sales to end customers through a dealer network is required. - Strong understanding of Professional A/V, networking, collaboration technologies, and IT ecosystems. - Proven ability to build, develop, and manage complex customer relationships. - Established channel and end-user connections within relevant markets. - Experience with value-added, solution-based selling. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working both independently and in a team. - High integrity, sound judgment, and professional credibility. Job Requirements
- Residence in the Central US region is required.
