• Partner with Leadership to design and model sales incentive plans aligned to business strategy. Conduct scenario modeling and cost simulations to evaluate plan effectiveness and financial impact. • Lead the end-to-end management of the quarterly incentive compensation cycles, ensuring accurate attainment calculations, rigorous data validation, and timely, error-free payout delivery. • Establish and maintain governance across all data sources (e.g. CRM, data warehouse, incentive tools) ensuring consistency and resolving discrepancies across quota attainments, MBO attainments and payout calculations. • In partnership with Commercial Leadership, Rev Ops leadership, People Leadership and Finance leadership, serve as the subject matter expert on sales incentive plans providing guidance to commercial leaders and employees. Lead the operationalization of quota setting, territory management, and MBO frameworks. • Develop and enforce a robust change control process for all related updates, including quota adjustments and exception handling. Ensure full documentation and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. • Serves as the point of accountability for resolving program related inquiries and discrepancies. Leads the cross-functional resolution efforts, maintaining issue tracking, and driving timely , transparent outcomes. • Own dashboard and reporting framework in partnership with Revenue Operations, to monitor attainment accuracy, payout progress, and operational efficiency. • Prepare and deliver program summaries, committee materials, and approval communications. • Support the preparation and review of statutory financials across Latin American and other international jurisdictions. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements under applicable local accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS). • Provide guidance on complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition, equity compensation, and consolidations. • Support external audit coordination, ensuring readiness and smooth execution. • Oversee coordination of tax filings in partnership with external advisors. • Ensure compliance with evolving transfer pricing and inter-company transaction requirements. • Identify opportunities to optimize the company’s global tax position as the organization scales. • Lead financial due diligence and planning for entry into new countries, assessing regulatory, tax, and accounting implications. • Partner with Legal, HR, and Operations to determine optimal entity structures and ensure compliant setup. • Oversee the integration of new entities into existing accounting and reporting frameworks. • Research global compliance and tax considerations, advising management on the financial impact of expansion initiatives. • Assist with all aspects of equity plan administration, including stock option and RSU tracking (utilizing Shareworks by Morgan Stanley), reporting, and compliance. • Maintain and prepare monthly cap tables. • Calculate and prepare equity accounting entries (stock-based compensation, share repurchases, etc.) and financial statement disclosures. • Manage relationships with external 409A valuation providers, ensuring timely and accurate valuations. • Work with HR and Legal to ensure consistent and compliant global equity processes. • Establish and implement a scalable internal control framework appropriate for a private company. • Develop and maintain documentation standards, including accounting policies, procedures, and control narratives. • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure financial integrity and compliance across business processes. • Identify and remediate control gaps proactively.

• Prospect, qualify, and close new CTV supply partnerships with premium streaming platforms, broadcasters, FAST networks, and app-based video publishers • Drive CTV supply expansion and go-to-market strategy into key international markets (Canada, LATAM) • Negotiate and structure regional and global commercial contracts for CTV supply and data partnerships • Partner with Account Management to co-own a book of strategic CTV publishers, upselling products and acting as a trusted advisor on industry topics including CTV monetization, identity solutions, curation, AI, and privacy-first approaches • Source market feedback and competitive intelligence specific to CTV to inform OpenX’s product roadmap and innovation priorities • Support OpenX’s buy-side teams on CTV inventory and data positioning to secure and activate new demand • Represent OpenX at industry events and through thought leadership within the CTV ecosystem
