Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience — you have actively sold before (e.g., outbound, inside sales, closing) and are used to leading conversations, handling objections and driving decisions.
- Strong empathetic communication — you can truly listen to people, empathize with their situation and draw them out with good questions (no reading from a script, no rattling off lines).
- Closing & goal orientation — you work in a structured way, know KPIs and aim to lead conversations to a clear decision without pressure or manipulation.
- Structure & reliability — you conduct conversations thoroughly, keep follow-ups and reliably document your work in the CRM.
