Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Program Manager in NTT DATA’s Microsoft Practice leads multi‑workstream enterprise programs across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related CRM/Cloud ecosystems. This role drives Agile delivery, engages senior stakeholders, governs releases, develops talent across global teams, and contributes to practice growth through presales, alliances, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Program Leadership - Lead Agile programs, coach teams, establish product‑oriented delivery models, and influence architecture, roadmap, and cross‑team strategy. - Drive discovery and requirement‑gathering with business stakeholders, product owners, and BAs; ensure proper resource alignment. - Manage sprint planning, backlog health, resource allocation, estimates/story points, schedules, tasks, and risks. - Govern SDLC reviews: project/test plans, requirements, InfoSec, code, SIT/UAT; ensure all artifacts meet organizational standards. - Ensure delivery of all core project documentation: Project Plan, User Stories, Test Assets, Release/Sanity summaries, Support guides, and regular status reports. Release & Change Management - Oversee release/deployment activities and compliance with change governance. - Validate readiness against acceptance criteria — quality, environment, training/support, risk, roll‑back plans. - Secure QA, UAT, and Business sign‑offs; ensure production‑ready code packages. - Deliver release collateral: deployment steps, manual steps, sanity results, business communications; ensure knowledge transfer and training completion. Stakeholder & Client Management - Manage expectations with clients and internal teams via weekly status, monthly health checks, annual business reviews, and planning workshops. - Maintain client relationships, identify improvement opportunities, and manage SOW scope and Fieldglass workers. - Run Customer Satisfaction Surveys and improvement plans. People & Resource Management - Lead hiring: workforce planning, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing technical panels. - Manage onboarding, project assignments, resource planning across onshore/nearshore/offshore teams. - Oversee timesheets, leave, visas, logistics (HW/SW), InfoSec access, and travel. - Conduct goal setting, mid‑year and annual performance reviews; manage promotions, rotations, rewards, motivation, and training/growth plans. - Manage low‑performance processes, separations, notice periods, and exit compliance. Practice Development & Presales - Monitor trends in Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce, Seismic, CCB Insight, D&B Hoovers, and related technologies to enhance delivery excellence. - Support presales — RFPs, proposals, estimations, pitches — and partner closely with business development. - Serve as a techno‑functional SME in client/sales discussions. - Engage Microsoft and Salesforce alliances to support competency development. - Attend conferences and seminars for networking, capability building, and opportunity identification.
