Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled E-Discovery Analyst / Legal Project Manager to support a dynamic in-house legal team. This role provides end-to-end management of employment-related discovery matters, overseeing multiple concurrent projects while partnering closely with attorneys, paralegals, IT, HR, compliance, and outside counsel. Responsibilities - E-Discovery & Litigation Support - Manage the full e-discovery lifecycle in compliance with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). - Oversee data collections, custodian interviews, processing, review workflows, analytics, and productions. - Support complex discovery efforts, including responses to discovery requests, document production, and ESI stipulations. - Execute searches and leverage analytics to identify relevant data. - Project & Client Management - Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple concurrent discovery matters, serving as the primary client point of contact. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, and resource requirements. - Manage project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver work on time and within scope. - Proactively manage client expectations and build strong, consultative relationships. - Process Improvement & Reporting - Identify and implement process improvements related to discovery, document review, and legal operations. - Define and monitor quality standards across all project deliverables. - Generate and distribute reporting metrics and KPIs to support legal and business decision-making. - Collaboration & Communication - Partner with internal teams (HR, compliance, IT) and outside counsel to support ongoing legal matters. - Support attorneys with motion practice by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing case materials. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - 5–8+ years of experience in litigation support or the legal industry, including significant project management experience. - Strong experience managing complex discovery processes, particularly employment-related matters. - Proficiency with e-discovery tools and legal technology; ability to quickly learn new systems. - Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and client-management skills.
