Job Description - Job: Human Services Consultant - Location: Remote (Minnesota Preferred) - Client: Minnesota Department of IT Services (MNIT) / Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) - Position Type: Proposal The Human Services Consultant will provide tactical leadership and domain expertise to support the implementation of a Worker Interface enabling integration between legacy eligibility systems and modern online benefit applications. This role will act as the primary bridge between program policy, operational realities, and technology implementation teams. The consultant will lead structured stakeholder engagement with county and Tribal human services agencies to ensure solutions are policy-aligned, human-centered, and operationally viable.
