Role Description The AI/ML TPM team owns delivery and execution across CoreWeave’s AI/ML Platform & Services and Weights & Biases (W&B). The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure platforms that support the full ML lifecycle—from experimentation and training to deployment and inference. AI/ML TPMs drive alignment and execution across highly technical, cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer-facing AI/ML products used by ML researchers, engineers, and enterprise customers. As a Product Technical Program Manager focused on Weights & Biases, you will lead execution of customer-facing features such as Models, Weave, and other emerging products. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to drive programs from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery, predictable execution, and strong adoption. This role balances strategic influence with hands-on execution—translating product strategy into clear delivery plans, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring launches deliver measurable customer and business impact. Job Requirements
