Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of delivering high-visibility, multi-team initiatives.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect project-level work to broad business goals and cost optimizations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the SDLC, Agile, and the ability to converse fluently on complex engineering architectures and security/privacy.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring peers and driving team growth through hiring and process excellence.
  • Adaptability: Comfort in a "Senior II" role where you deliver independently but seek strategic direction when necessary to align with the broader org.
  • Knowledge in security and privacy is a nice to have
  • Experience with program management for projects that span multiple years and span multiple teams in geographically disparate locations.
  • Experience commercializing technical product launches and comfortable conversing on technical topics and products.

Role Description The AI/ML TPM team owns delivery and execution across CoreWeave’s AI/ML Platform & Services and Weights & Biases (W&B). As a Product Technical Program Manager focused on Weights & Biases, you will lead execution of customer-facing features such as Models, Weave, and other emerging products. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to drive programs from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery, predictable execution, and strong adoption. This role balances strategic influence with hands-on execution—translating product strategy into clear delivery plans, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring launches deliver measurable customer and business impact.
