• Partner with Operations leaders to provide HR guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. • Support talent development initiatives, including talent reviews, 9-box assessments, and succession planning. • Analyze workforce metrics and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. • Coach managers on employee engagement, performance improvement, and career development strategies. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and escalations. • Collaborate with HR peers to streamline processes and implement HR best practices across Operations. • Build credibility and trust with Operations teams, providing guidance on organizational design and workforce effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company HR policies. • Support operational culture initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and high performance. • Participate in HR meetings to share insights, align strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist roles
- 3+ years managing complex employee relations issues
- Experience supporting Operations and Manufacturing business units
- Experience in high-growth organizations and scaling HR programs
- Strong knowledge of talent management processes, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team at Nordic, a global leader in healthcare IT consulting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive market. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership to ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations.
