Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team at Nordic, a global leader in healthcare IT consulting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive market. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership to ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations. Key Responsibilities - Compensation Analysis - Conducts standard market pricing for assigned groups (using salary surveys and Workday data). - Prepares benchmarking spreadsheets and job matches. - Supports salary range updates by preparing data sets, audit lists, and preliminary recommendations. - Assists with survey submission and data quality checks. - Compensation Program Management - Prepares comp packets for new hires/promotions/transfers; audits entries for accuracy. - Supports the annual merit and bonus cycle by managing templates, data loads, Workday configuration tasks, and data validation. - Owns and monitors recognition program activity and performs monthly reconciliations. - Global Compliance & Reporting - Produces standard reports (headcount comp, pay distribution, compa‑ratio reports). - Maintains compliance trackers and pulls data for pay-equity and transparency reviews. - Ensures job descriptions, titles, and job classifications remain accurate in Workday. - Compensation Tools & Systems (Workday) - Performs day‑to‑day data integrity audits and corrections in Workday. - Loads compensation data, runs routine reports, validates org structures and job profiles. - Supports troubleshooting issues escalated by HRBPs. - Employee & Manager Communication - Prepares employee‑facing materials (FAQ, emails, guides). - Special Projects & Process Improvement - Supports project execution: data gathering, mapping job families, audits, documentation. - Documents new SOPs and maintains process maps.
