Job Description: Provided is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities (or "essential functions") of this position. - Imaging new workstations and system rebuilds - Package and ship workstations for issuance to users - Manage and maintain workstation retrieval within our asset management system - Decommission equipment from the network - Assist with onboarding users with their new hardware - Troubleshoot and repair issues related to OS, hardware, network, etc. - Warehouse responsibilities such as recording/tracking Hardware room inventory, receiving shipments and restocking inventory. - Actively tracks, monitors, and routes customer incidents, user requests, and questions through the ServiceNow ticketing system. - Provides detailed notes on customer interactions by documenting troubleshooting methods and appropriate follow-up to resolve technical inquires. - Uses computer-based software tools to gather information, troubleshoot, and resolves issues and request. - Creates and maintains documentation regarding troubleshooting steps, standard operating procedures and best practices. - Takes on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our Organization’s Values. POSITION SUMMARY: - Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, including imaging workstations and VPN troubleshooting. - Setup, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and network devices to meet Radiology Partners standards. - Troubleshoot, escalate, and coordinate complex IT issues with internal teams, including system upgrades and network installations. - Maintain detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and customer feedback via ServiceNow; manage user access, incidents, and planned/unplanned downtimes. - Provide end-user training, on-call support, and perform routine maintenance to prevent future issues; up to 25% travel required. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor’s degree in Health IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or 5+ years of relevant IT experience. - Experience with PACS, radiology workflows, voice recognition systems (PowerScribe/Fluency), hardware, and network troubleshooting. - Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and remote support tools/ticketing systems. - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Customer-service oriented, adaptable, self-starter, team player, fast learner, and demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
