Position Description: The Client Implementation Associate independently leads standard customer implementations of Novara solutions from kickoff through successful handoff to Customer Success. This role delivers a structured, client-centric onboarding experience that drives adoption, aligns with defined customer and business outcomes, and builds long-term customer trust. This role ensures on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects by maintaining stakeholder alignment, proactively managing risks, and partnering cross-functionally to remove blockers. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, executive presence, and disciplined project management to drive clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through successful transition to Customer Success. - Build trusted client relationships through clear, proactive communication, and influence key stakeholders to remove roadblocks and maintain project momentum. - Maintain curiosity about customer goals and evolving needs, identifying opportunities to expand platform adoption or introduce additional solutions that drive measurable business value. - Manage milestone-based project plans, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment to agreed business outcomes. - Proactively identify, document, and escalate risks using a structured RAID approach; drive resolution paths. - Facilitate structured status meetings, maintain stakeholder alignment, and document clear actions and decisions. - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Content, Support, and Customer Success teams to remove blockers and resolve issues. - Configure client environments and provide administrator training aligned to best practices and adoption goals. - Ensure a seamless handoff to Customer Success with complete documentation and clear alignment on customer objectives and next steps. Knowledge, Experience, Requirements: - Minimum of 2+ years in a client-facing implementation, onboarding, consulting, or project coordination role - Experience managing structured project plans and concurrent customer engagements - Familiarity with SaaS implementation environments strongly preferred - Experience working within CRM, PSA, or project management systems (Salesforce preferred) - Foundational technical aptitude, including exposure to system configurations, data integrations, or authentication methods such as APIs, SFTP, or Single Sign-On (SSO), is a plus - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Success Criteria: - Consistently delivers implementations on time and within scope, meeting defined milestone targets and achieving agreed acceptance criteria with minimal escalations. - Drives strong onboarding outcomes, evidenced by successful go-live readiness, administrator enablement, and early adoption indicators aligned to customer objectives. - Proactively manages risk and stakeholder alignment through clear, consistent communication, maintaining accurate project documentation (plans, RAID logs, status updates), setting transparent expectations, and escalating early to prevent delays or scope erosion. - Contributes to customer retention and growth, identifying expansion opportunities through curiosity and value-based conversations, and ensuring a seamless transition to Customer Success with clear documentation and next-step alignment.
