Zeta Global is seeking an Implementation Engineer to play an integral role in the execution and growth of our Professional Services Team. You will be part of a services team focused on delivering high value customer experiences while making use of your technical knowledge and communication skills. What you'll do: - Work closely with customers and Zeta Global's Implementation Manager to execute an implementation plan, help code and test an effective solution to their integration needs. - Provide strategic code-focused solutions for customers, including design-driven templates, web forms and API data validations. - Work with JSON data feeds and our proprietary scripting languages to add dynamic data and content to email templates and onsite recommendation sections. - Ability to mock up sample code for client, setup, test, and debug platforms' api offerings. - Develop technical solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability. - Work collaboratively with our Solution Consulting, Product and Engineering teams, as well as 3rd parties and customer-facing teams. - Find success by providing valued customer-driven solutions focused on quality and the long-term success of customers. - Work closely with the Customer Success Managers on any highly technical customer projects and use cases, scoping an end-to-end solution for their marketing and development teams to implement in order to maximize their usage of their product(s). - Perform technical audits across key for high-touch, high-risk customers to ensure that they’re using their respective platform correctly in order to increase product satisfaction and minimize churn. - Able to debug complex issues (such as failure, performance issue, etc.) arising from custom solutions. - Able to consult on custom solution design. - Publish detailed documentation/solution write ups for posterity and to minimize time-to-value for future customers with similar needs. About You This role is for you if you are a self-starter that likes to learn new technology, enjoys interfacing directly with clients and has experience implementing SaaS solutions. You will be able to quickly get up-to-speed with our product suite and excel in your ability to recall documentation and solve problems under pressure. You are a natural teacher and persuader, with the ability to guide clients through best practices with confidence, and you excel at working directly with clients due to your strong communication skills. General Qualifications - Educational background/work experience in Web Development, Engineering and/or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience implementing/ integrating technology with external customers at either a consulting firm or with a SaaS technology company. - 1-2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Working knowledge of RESTful API's and server-side technologies, SQL, Git and using the terminal/command line. - Experience with AWS, Node.js and Python preferred - An ability and strong desire to quickly learn new technologies, including a variety of programming languages, frameworks and web services. - Skills and patience in presenting above technical concepts to individuals without strong technical backgrounds. - Knowledge of digital marketing and email/SMS/Mobile production is a major plus. Role Description The Implementation Manager oversees the on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform to meet the customer's desired results. This requires completing projects following leading practice methodology, working in collaboration with the customer project team and any involved partner, ensuring governance is followed to gain stakeholder support, including risk and issue mitigation. The Implementation Manager is responsible for assembling and leading project resources, ensuring they understand planned tasks, tracking progress, and managing deviations through appropriate measures. SUMMARY The primary responsibility for this position is to manage and coordinate the operational integration of new pharmacies by serving as the primary on-site support through the initial opening of the pharmacy.
