About the Opportunity: We're looking for a VP of Corporate Growth to join MarketOnce and own revenue growth across both our ROI Rocket (Market Research) and eAccountable (Digital Marketing Agency focused on e-Commerce) entities. Combining ROI Rocket’s 20-year-old market research expertise with eAccountable’s performance-driven digital marketing strategies allows us to create a powerful integrated offering for brands looking to understand their market and grow within it. This is not a traditional business development role. It's a builder role — for someone who comes in with a network, earns trust quickly, and is motivated by ownership. You'll spend your first few months learning our capabilities and expanding revenue within our existing client base, then layer in outreach to your former clients and network to introduce an integrated research and digital agency solution they won't find elsewhere. We are a small, fast-moving team. You will be asked to wear many hats, and we'll always be building the plane while we fly it. What we can promise: where your clients identify need and opportunity, we will build or partner to deliver. Your success is our success, and we are fully committed to equipping you to reach the goals we've set together. The goal is a $10M book of business at 45% gross margin within three years. We believe it's attainable. We're looking for someone who does too. What You'll Do: Phase 1: Internal Discovery & Client Expansion (Months 1–3) - Conduct a deep dive into ROI Rocket and eAccountable service offerings, delivery models, capacity, pricing, and margins - Connect with our 25-30 existing clients to surface expansion opportunities and document white space - Build an account expansion pipeline and identify where integrated solutions can deepen relationships - Develop fluency in how we sell, deliver, and grow accounts Phase 2: New Business Development (Ongoing from Day 1) - Introduce ROI Rocket and eAccountable to clients and professional network - Sell integrated market research and digital agency solutions across the full funnel - Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to close and onboarding - Build a repeatable go-to-market motion for brands and agency partners Ongoing Responsibilities - Maintain active client relationships throughout project delivery — you're the relationship owner, not just the deal closer - Partner with internal teams to scope and bid client engagements accurately - Contribute to shaping service offerings based on what your clients are asking for - Represent both ROI Rocket and eAccountable in the market as a unified solution What We're Looking For: - A proven salesperson with an established network of brand and/or agency contacts who trust your recommendations, preferably within market research - Experience selling services — market research, digital marketing, media, or adjacent professional services - Comfortable owning the full sales cycle and working without a large support infrastructure - A builder mentality: you know how to operate in a smaller company where process is still being defined - Strong commercial instincts — you understand margin, deal structure, and how to position value - Highly collaborative and willing to stay involved beyond the close - Entrepreneurial by nature, motivated by uncapped earning potential tied to your own performance What We Offer: - Competitive compensation package: $250k+ (uncapped) - Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge - Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance - 401k with company contribution - Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth What to Expect: - 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter - 2nd Round: Assessment - 3rd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager - 4th Round: 2 hours of final interviews with the Hiring Team Please note that we do not work with outside recruiting agencies. MarketOnce will accept applications for this role on an ongoing basis MarketOnce is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
