Senior Healthcare Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles (Physicians, PMHNPs, RNs, Clinical Operations, etc.) • Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities • Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards • Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market • Maintain ATS accuracy, job postings, and recruitment metrics • Track market trends and align hiring strategies to leadership expectations • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier clinical talent • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience
  • 3+ years specializing in U.S. healthcare/clinical recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating clinical candidates
  • Experience with high-volume hiring
  • Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required)
  • Would be preferred: Experience recruiting for telehealth or multi-state healthcare organizations
  • Experience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers
  • Familiarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple states
  • Background working with U.S.-based healthcare companies from an international location
