• Manages all aspects of the leader/physician recruitment process from early contact with prospective leaders/physicians through on-boarding. • Conducts telephone interviews using excellent listening and questioning skills during the process to build applicant interest and determine candidate fit with position and behavioral expectations. • Works closely with the hiring authority to evaluate candidates and ultimately make recommendations for hire based on a keen working knowledge of the opportunity and the organizational fit of the candidate. • Collaborates with talent acquisition leadership, facility/entity leadership teams, and hiring authorities to determine candidate needs and vacancies. • Maintains accurate and up-to-date tracking of all opportunities and candidates’ status through centralized database program and tracking tools.
Job Requirements
- Must possess a strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing or related field.
- Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of executive and/or physician recruitment as normally demonstrated through at least five years of executive, leader and/or physician recruitment experience.
- Requires superb negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrates advanced ability to obtain and retain employees in competitive recruiting environment.
- Able to conceptualize, envision and plan for the future based on experience and knowledge of the executive/physician market.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to speak professionally to small or large groups and senior leadership.
