This is a project-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and the challenge of finding talent in very niche and hard-to-reach markets. 🔎 What we are looking for We are looking for a recruiter who: - Has advanced English - Has 2+ years of experience in sourcing/hunting in bulk for high-volume environments, for a variety of positions and seniority-levels - Is interested in a pure-sourcing role - Is used to working in high-demand, high-pressure environments - Has experience sourcing niche technical profiles - Ideally has experience recruiting BIM, engineering, or construction-related roles - Is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously - Can adapt easily to changes in priorities and strategies Experience recruiting BIM/VDC profiles or specialized engineering roles (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) is highly desirable, as many of the positions we hire for are difficult-to-find technical profiles. 🧠What you will do - Massively source all profiles the company needs, as required, for technical and support roles, in LATAM and the U.S. - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical needs - Provide recruiters with strong pipelines for specialized engineering and BIM profiles, and be able to adjust hunting strategies depending on context and feedback - Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach hard-to-find candidates - Help us maintain strong hiring momentum during a period of rapid growth 🌍 Location All positions at ENG are fully remote. ⏳ Contract This is a contract role for 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
