• We're looking for a full time Engineering Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close. • This is a fully remote role with core working hours (Team is in PST + MST), designed for someone who thrives in fast moving, high growth environments. • If you're high agency, love deep sourcing, strategic hiring, and closing top technical talent, we want to hear from you.

Job Requirements

  • You must have at least 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency. This is a requirement for us to consider your profile. We’re open to hiring a strong Mid-Level, Senior, or Staff Recruiter — mindset and approach matter most to us.
  • Sourcing expertise: you’ve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (especially for startup companies without brand recognition).
  • Deep knowledge of engineering and bonus points if you've done product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like.
  • A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results.
  • A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions.
