• Oversee the entire recruitment process for IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, onboarding). • Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities. • Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.). • Review resumes and perform initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural alignment. • Organize and schedule technical interviews with relevant stakeholders. • Create and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future positions. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status, offer acceptance rates). • Stay informed about market trends, compensation standards, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting.
- Deep understanding of technical roles, including:
- Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET).
- Data Engineers / Data Scientists.
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
