The Role: Zeta Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director, Field Marketing to join our CRM team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between corporate marketing initiatives and sales strategies. The Director, Field Marketing will plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing programs to generate demand, engage prospects, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with sales teams, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and success. Key Responsibilities: Regional Marketing Strategy: - Develop and implement regional marketing strategies tailored to local market dynamics and CRM objectives. - Collaborate with sales leadership to understand enterprise goals and identify marketing needs. Demand Generation and Campaign Execution: - Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, email campaigns, and digital marketing efforts. - Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI. Event Management: - Organize and manage field events such as roadshows, sporting events, executive dinners - Drive engagement and attendance of Named Accounts to applicable events - Attend events as needed to drive positive outcomes - Coordinate logistics, budgets, and promotional activities to ensure event success Sales Alignment: - Partner with CRM New Logo, Client Services and Client Partnerships to provide them with tools, resources, and insights to convert leads - Act as a key liaison between sales and marketing teams, ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead follow-up. Data and Analytics: - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline contribution, and event ROI. - Use data insights to inform future strategies and demonstrate CRM marketing impact. Budget Management: - Identify a cadence of investments focused on positive ROI - Ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve objectives. Partner Collaboration: - Work with alliance partners to co-market events, campaigns, and programs. - Foster relationships with key partners to extend reach and impact. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in Sales, field marketing, demand generation, or related roles. - Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events. - Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes. - Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). - Excellent project management and organizational skills.
