Responsibilities - Lead, develop and implement recruitment strategies through various channels, including applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications, skills, competencies and cultural fit. - Collaborate and partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives, develop job descriptions, and create and drive effective recruitment strategies. - Own and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates. - Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and promote Symbotic as an employer of choice. - Lead and manage the communication with candidates through offer stage, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Workday) ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth. - Lead efforts that build and enhance Symbotic's employer brand through various initiatives, including social media presence, career fairs, and industry events. - Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make informed decisions to improve processes. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team. - Other Duties Assigned. Education & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on senior and specialized roles. - Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team of recruiters. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels. - Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership. - Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform and improve recruitment strategies. - Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Other Environment - Up to 20% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. - The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed bi-weekly. The base range for this position in the posted location is $125,000.00 - $171,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
