Job Description

Field Implementation Manager

• Supports creation and maintenance of project work plans, schedules, and task lists. • Coordinates activities of assigned project personnel to ensure progress aligns with implementation timelines. • Assists in gathering operational details, validating service requirements, and documenting scope. • Maintains process documentation and prepares materials for handoff to Service Delivery and Operations teams. • Helps ensure team members understand service requirements, tools, and reporting needs. • Participates in pre-implementation, active implementation, and post-implementation meetings. • Tracks implementation milestones and provides routine status updates to senior Field Implementation leaders. • Identifies basic risks, issues, or gaps and escalates them to Manager II, Senior Director, and Vertical leadership for resolution. • Supports problem-solving activities by collecting information, coordinating resources, and maintaining action logs. • Assists with review of tools, templates, and processes; recommends minor adjustments to improve consistency or efficiency. • Helps validate that service delivery teams are briefed, trained, and prepared for operational go-live. • Provides general support in resolving early-stage service concerns at newly launched locations. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • Five or more years of experience in service operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Exposure to customer-facing environments or implementation activities preferred.
  • Basic understanding of service delivery concepts with willingness to develop deeper expertise.
  • Domestic travel required.
