We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and experienced professional to lead the end-to-end development, optimization, and evolution of our eLearning product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving production strategy, elevating operational performance, and ensuring our offerings remain market-leading and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital learning production, strong leadership capabilities, and a forward-looking perspective on education technology and emerging industry trends. The Associate Director, eLearning will lead a multidisciplinary production team, partner closely with key internal stakeholders, and manage a complex pipeline of new product development, enhancements, and catalog maintenance.
