Job Description
Partnerships Director
Veriff
Role Description As a Partnership Director you will transform our reseller ecosystem into a top-tier growth engine. Currently, we have a solid foundation of partners; your mission is to move beyond "maintenance mode" and build a professionalized, scalable partnership "playbook" that drives predictable revenue. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role to start. You will be the architect and the builder. If you can turn this vertical into a significant percentage of our global revenue with great ROI, the path to building your own team is yours to define. You’ll help us protect honest people online by: - Scale the Reseller Engine: - Transition existing relationships from passive to active. - Own the full lifecycle—onboarding, joint business plans, and GTM execution. - Lead partners with sales rigor to exceed revenue targets and manage pipeline accountability. - Structure the "Plays": - Define the "Veriff Way" for partnerships. - Build the frameworks for commercial agreements, co-marketing, and technical integrations. - Own the negotiation (and renegotiation) of complex, high-stakes contracts. - Drive Strategy & Revenue: - Execute a partnership strategy that complements our core GTM goals. - Identify market gaps and selectively recruit high-impact resellers to accelerate customer acquisition and global expansion. - Operationalize Enablement: - Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure resellers are as effective as our internal sales teams. - Raise the bar for partner training, collateral, and execution quality. - Own the partnership architecture: - Structure agreements to maximize Veriff's strategic position, which might include securing controller status, on-device deployment, and deep integration by default. - Ensure contractual and technical frameworks reinforce these standards across every partner relationship. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in Channel Sales, Alliances, or Partnership management. - Bias for Action: Willing to engage directly with CRM and partner demos while designing a global strategy. - Framework Driven: Ability to build systems and structure QBRs and mutual plans of action. - Entrepreneurial Driven: Comfortable with ambiguity and excited about owning a vertical from the ground up. - Persuasive Communication: Strong communication skills. Benefits - Flexibility to work from home. - Stock options that ensure your share in our success. - Extra recharge days on top of your annual vacation. - Comprehensive relocation support to Estonia or Spain. - Extensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Learning and Development & Health and Sports budget tailored to your needs. - Four weeks of fully paid sabbatical leave after reaching your 5th work anniversary. Company Description We are the preferred identity verification platform partner for the world’s most innovative growth-driven organizations helping conveniently verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world. We support the broadest number of identity documents from nearly every country and territory in the world - and this is continually increasing! With a diverse team in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, and Estonia, as well as robust backing and funding from investors including Accel, Alkeon, IVP, Tiger Capital, and Y Combinator, we’re dedicated to helping businesses and individuals build a safer and more secure world.
