This role will partner closely with PMO leadership and take ownership of critical areas of how the function operates.  You will operate across two core dimensions: building the systems and structure that enable effective execution across the organization, and directly leading high-priority, high-visibility initiatives that require strong ownership, judgment, and executive presence.  What you will do:  Responsibilities are, but not limited to: - Help build a PMO  - Support the design and evolution of core PMO frameworks, including planning frameworks, intake, prioritization, and execution standards  - Build scalable operating mechanisms that improve clarity, accountability, and execution quality across teams and organizations  - Identify gaps in how the organization operates and implement solutions that raise the bar across teams  - High-Visibility Project Leadership  - Lead execution of the company’s most critical, cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, Sales, Compliance, and Technology  - Take ownership of complex, high-stakes workstreams that require coordination across multiple senior stakeholders  - Drive clarity in ambiguous environments by defining scope, ownership, timelines, and success criteria  - Proactively manage risks, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery against company priorities  - Executive Communication & Strategic Context  - Partner with senior leaders to shape how progress, risks, and outcomes are communicated  - Step into high-visibility workstreams that require clear, structured communication and strong business context  - Contribute to executive-level updates by synthesizing inputs from across functions into cohesive narratives  - Translate complex work into insights that support decision-making  - Strategic Planning & Performance Clarity  - Partner with business leaders to define and refine KPIs tied to strategic priorities  - Ensure initiatives are clearly connected to measurable outcomes and business impact  - Bring structure to how performance is tracked, reviewed, and acted on across teams  - Senior Stakeholder Partnership & Influence  - Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, influencing decisions and driving alignment across competing priorities  - Lead high-stakes conversations with clarity and confidence  - Operate with a high degree of independence while staying closely aligned with PMO leadership  What you bring: - Experience & Scope  - 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives at scale  - Track record of owning high-visibility work with senior stakeholder exposure  - Business Acumen & Judgment:   - Strong ability to connect execution to business outcomes and company priorities.  - Comfortable engaging with senior leaders on both strategic context and execution details  - Executive Communication & Presence:   - Ability to synthesize information into clear, structured narratives for senior executive audiences.   - Experience contributing to executive-level updates  - PMO / Operational Excellence  - Experience building or evolving ways of working across teams or organizations  - Strong judgment on effective planning, governance, and execution  - Influence & Leadership  - High EQ with the ability to build trust quickly and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics  - Comfortable operating with autonomy and driving outcomes without constant direction  FHF Benefits: - Great Perks – We offer generous salaries, competitive health and welfare benefits, paid vacation, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, quarterly social outings, monthly lunches, a robust employee recognition, and training development program to enhance your career with us. - Culture - We are believers in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Senior Project Manager, Curio Science What You’ll Do As our Senior Project Manager, Curio Science, you will support our Curio Science and other medical communications projects through utilization of project management fundamentals. You will ensure client goals are achieved, and projects are executed on time and within budget.
