• Assist in the facilitation of workflow analysis and improvement. • Use standard techniques to facilitate change management plans. • Develop and manage low complexity project plans and assist in the development and management of moderately complex projects. • Maintain issues lists, meeting minutes, agendas, status reports and other project artifacts. • Organize project meetings. • Provide regular updates and escalate issues as necessary. • Develop understanding of change management processes and activities. • Model outstanding customer service including timely follow-up and prompt escalation. • Develop ability to analyze technology capabilities and future needs, including drafting requirements documents and vendor selection processes. • Develop IT domain knowledge where appropriate and coordinate expert resources where necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • No experience required
  • Strong administrative capabilities including organization, documentation, coordination of meetings, and management of project artifacts.
  • Technical aptitude with ability to understand system functionality, integrations, and data flows within enterprise applications.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, familiarity with Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog management.
  • Exposure to or experience with Workday, understanding of Workday modules, business processes, or system functionality.
  • Experience supporting or participating in system implementations, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Experience using ServiceNow Project Workspace to manage project work, track tasks, maintain project artifacts, and support collaboration across teams.

Senior Project Manager, Curio Science What You’ll Do As our Senior Project Manager, Curio Science, you will support our Curio Science and other medical communications projects through utilization of project management fundamentals. You will ensure client goals are achieved, and projects are executed on time and within budget.
