Role Description We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting implementations. This is a senior client-facing role requiring sound judgement, delivery discipline and the ability to guide both clients and internal teams through the full project lifecycle. You will oversee multiple implementations, mentor junior delivery managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery approach. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery for complex regulatory reporting programmes. - Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity. - Anticipate and resolve risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional teams. - Co-ordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, ensuring consistent delivery quality. - Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to shaping product direction. - Provide structured coaching and leadership to members of the delivery team.
