See yourself at Twilio Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts. About the job This position is needed to help manage Twilio’s largest and most critical ISV accounts. Twilio ISVs represent some of the biggest opportunities for growth in our business, and they are also some of the most complicated relationships to manage. In order to be successful, we must truly be an extension of their business, and that requires deep knowledge in Messaging, Voice &/or Email technology, operational excellence to drive projects and programs and a level of technical depth beyond the average sales leader. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: - Manage a team of 5-8 exceptionally talented Account Executives - Responsible for revenue and growth profit of the book of business (>$300million in revenue) - Operationalize our GTM motion for efficiency and effectiveness - Create GTM and technical playbooks help protect revenue and also capture all new opportunity - Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the above initiatives - Be the “go-to” and problem solver for the nuanced issues that arise in telco Qualifications Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! *Required: - 10+ years of experience in Sales - 3+ years of experience as a Sales Leader - 3+ years of experience in the telco industry (sms/voice aggregator or telco) - Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships - Analytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities and prove value - Demonstrated track record of managing forecasts and financial models - Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to define process and build programs - Record of delivering market driven results, especially to ISVs - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience Desired: - Masters Degree is preferred Location - This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA or the surrounding areas of San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, or San Jose, CA Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: - Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont : $158,632.00 - $198,290.00. - Based in Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay Area): $167,440.00 - $209,300.00. - Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $176,256.00 - $220,320.00. - This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan.
