Role Description As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of: - Reimagine booking management experiences: Craft and execute innovative strategies to streamline the contracting and post‑booking journey, transforming today’s manual workflows into scalable, productized solutions that keep Engine ahead of the industry. - Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration: Partner closely with Groups Contracting, Group Support, RevOps, and Engineering to uncover bottlenecks, align on priorities, and deliver seamless experiences for both internal teams and end customers. - Lead automation and tooling initiatives: Own the vision and roadmap for automating post‑booking processes—reducing cycle times, increasing bookings per rep, and lowering cost to serve—by driving enhancements to internal and customer‑facing tools, including opportunities to integrate AI. - Champion data‑driven outcomes and insights: Monitor and interpret key KPIs around contract cycle time, commission collection, and operational efficiency, turning insights into clear recommendations that elevate how Engine serves its customers and partners. Qualifications - 4+ years of hands-on experience in product management or tooling-focused roles, ideally working on post-booking, post-sale, or later-funnel workflows that bridge operations and product. Requirements - Problem-solver who can untangle complex, manual processes and turn them into intuitive, scalable product experiences. - Comfortable working closely with cross-functional partners (operations, contracting, support, RevOps) and using data to drive decisions around cycle times, productivity, and cost to serve. - Bonus points if you’ve built or optimized internal tools or admin experiences before, or have exposure to AI-driven workflows (for example, using AI to interpret or compare documents and contracts). - Ready to roll up your sleeves, dive into the details of how work really gets done today, and collaborate with multiple teams to design solutions that improve efficiency, increase revenue capture, and deliver a better experience for both internal users and customers. Job Requirements
