Migration Deployment Specialist – Scheduling, IBM Z Workload Scheduler

• Lead and support migration of batch scheduling workloads to IBM Z Workload Scheduler. • Analyze legacy scheduling definitions from CA-7, CA ESP, Jobtrac, BMC Control-M, and ASG Zeke/Zebb and map them to IBM scheduler structures. • Execute parallel tracking, schedule validation, dependency analysis, and issue resolution. • Monitor workload execution using TSO/ISPF and IBM scheduler interfaces. • Provide technical guidance and training to scheduling teams and operational staff.
• Install and deploy IBM PD tools following best practices and customer requirements. • Support migration activities involving conversion and integration of IBM and ISV problem-determination tools. • Provide training sessions, workshops, and technical presentations for customers and internal teams. • Perform problem determination and resolution for IBM products in customer environments. • Work across DB2, CICS, and IMS environments as part of installation, deployment, and migration support.
• Lead and support migration projects from CA Endevor and other source-code management platforms to IBM DBB, Git, IDz, and IBM DevOps Deploy / IDD. • Analyze, convert, and validate existing Endevor-based applications and development flows. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot IBM DevOps migration tools in customer environments. • Support build, branching, repository, and pipeline transition activities in IBM Z DevOps • Prepare and deliver customer training sessions and technical presentations related to DevOps migration and IBM tooling.
• Provide project management for IBM Z software migration projects and coordinate multiple technical workstreams as required. • Define project scope, develop plans and timelines, manage resources, and track execution against milestones and deliverables. • Report status, scope changes, risks, challenges, and requirements to leadership and stakeholders. • Apply planning, tracking, change control, and risk management practices to support successful delivery. • Support vendor coordination and alignment of workstreams to business objectives.
• Lead migration projects from CA OPS/MVS to IBM Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS and from CA Automation Point to IBM SAIOM. • Configure and implement IBM Systems Automation solutions, including policy-based automation for z/OS • Develop and maintain automation rules, REXX execs, and System Automation Policy Database (PDB) • Provide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for IBM automation products. • Collaborate with operations teams to improve startup, shutdown, recovery, and high-availability automation processes.
• Identify and open net-new client relationships across technology, semiconductor, and enterprise sectors. • Sell IT staffing and workforce solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire) targeting $2M–$5M deal values • Navigate and win within MSP/VMS-managed programs (Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, IQN) • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calls, networking, and referrals • Collaborate with Phizenix recruiting teams to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and account growth • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Define and execute the go-to-market sales strategy for Elixir EHR • Hire, develop, and manage a team of 2 Account Executives • Establish sales processes, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics • Coach and mentor AEs on healthcare-specific selling, deal strategy, and closing execution • Carry an individual quota of 20 new logos • Own a team quota of 60 new logos and $2M in new ARR • Drive predictable pipeline generation and consistent revenue growth • Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate results to executive leadership • Sell directly to healthcare decision-makers including practice administrators, CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and physician leaders • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close • Position and sell the value of a Salesforce-native EHR platform compared to traditional EHR systems • Represent Elixir EHR at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings • Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to product and leadership teams • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams • Ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation and long-term customer success • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning strategies
• Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities in mid-market and enterprise accounts across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, product engineering, DevSec Ops, and infrastructure management services • Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to qualification, proposal development, client presentations, and deal closure • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads using outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs • Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activities, and report on key metrics and forecasts • Understand and communicate the value proposition of our consulting offerings with clarity and precision • Develop go-to-market strategies for new verticals or service offerings as needed
• Design, develop, and optimize AI-security-specific threat models, tools, and solutions for threat identification, prediction, and prevention. • Implement and secure machine learning models, GenAI models, and AI techniques to enhance threat detection, monitoring, and risk scoring. • Integrate AI security tools and technologies across cybersecurity architectures, collaborating with data scientists, security engineers, and other stakeholders. • Analyze AI security incident data to refine and improve AI models and methodologies. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in AI and machine learning. • Ensure alignment and compliance with industry standards (NIST AI-RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs) and advanced security architectures (Agentic, MCP). • Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI and cybersecurity.
