Growth Media Manager, Direct Mail
Dandy
• Own Dandy’s direct mail strategy across postcards, catalogs, and gifting to reach both SMB and Enterprise audiences. • Develop segmentation, personalization, and offer strategies to improve response rates, conversion, and pipeline impact • Build and scale a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, offer, timing) to continuously improve performance • Manage vendor relationships covering production, personalization, and distribution. • Allocate budget and prioritize programs based on performance and growth opportunity. • Analyze results and continuously optimize direct mail for engagement, ROI, and pipeline impact. • Collaborate with Sales to gather feedback on lead quality and refine targeting and messaging • Support Dandy’s direct media and partnership strategy across channels like podcasts, email newsletters, and display takeovers, testing and scaling programs that drive both brand impact and measurable performance • Own performance tracking, reporting, and insights across direct buys, identifying what’s driving pipeline and where to scale or pull back • Amplify key marketing initiatives (webinars, content, launches) through paid distribution and partner channels
Job Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Direct mail experience strongly preferred, or demonstrated ability to own and scale an offline or channel-specific program
- Highly organized and process-driven, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensuring clean execution end-to-end.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance in complex or imperfect attribution environments
- Experience in B2C or B2B high growth company
- Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value
