Your Impact: The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: - Responsible for administration, configuration, security, maintenance, and development of Oracle Hyperion applications. Work closely with finance, IT teams and stakeholders to support financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring the integrity, performance, and availability of Hyperion systems. Design, develop, and implement enhancements and customizations within Hyperion applications to meet business requirements. Support financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring integrity, performance, and availability of Hyperion systems. - Administer and maintain Oracle Hyperion applications, including Essbase, Planning, Financial Management (HFM), and Data Relationship Management (DRM). Configure and manage Hyperion environments, including user security, data integration, and metadata management. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and optimal performance. - Create and maintain Hyperion reports, dashboards, and forms using Hyperion Financial Reporting, Smart View, and other reporting tools. Integrate Hyperion applications with other enterprise systems, databases, and data warehouses. Manage data loads, transformations, and mappings using Hyperion Data Integration Management (DIM) or equivalent tools. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Hyperion applications and interfaces. Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders on Hyperion functionality, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user inquiries. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on Hyperion applications and best practices. - Plan and execute Hyperion system upgrades, patches, and migrations in coordination with IT teams and vendors. Perform testing and validation of upgrades to ensure compatibility and minimize disruption to business operations. Implement and enforce best practices, security policies, and governance standards for Hyperion applications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to financial reporting and data management. SALARY: $148,699 – $155,000/year - The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
