• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with truck drivers, fleet managers, and company staff. • Continuously update and manage ELD boards, keep in touch with LOAD boards, and staff members of our clients (Freight MCs). • Analyze driver logbooks and look for violations, disconnected driving, and malfunctions with the ELD. • Fill in the necessary missing information on the logbook (Notes, Shipping Docs, Certifications). • Conduct shrink and slide operations, allowing drivers to have more driving time.

• Conduct cold calls and manage email campaigns to reach potential clients across the USA. • Present and promote our wide range of trucking services, both one-time and outsourced, to prospective customers. • Build and maintain relationships with trucking companies, ensuring they understand the value of our solutions. • Track leads and follow up regularly to convert potential clients into long-term partners. • Collaborate with multiple teams and departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services.

• Monitor shipment status and location, performing communications with carriers, drivers, and internal staff to deliver accurate tracking information at every stage. • Continuously update and manage track & trace systems, maintain real-time visibility dashboards, or boards, and interface with client systems or load boards to keep everyone informed. • Track shipments from origin to destination, using tracking software and GPS. • Identify and address disruptions, such as delays, missing documentation, or carrier issues. • Collaborate with drivers, carriers, planners, or clients to resolve issues promptly and maintain service reliability. • Begin each shift by reviewing the status and location of all active shipments using tracking software and GPS. • Conduct regular check-ins and respond to inquiries from carriers, drivers, and internal teams. • Watch for potential disruptions, such as reported delays, unexpected route changes, or other red flags. • Immediately address any identified issues like delays or missing documentation. • Accurately log all communications, updates, and issue resolutions.

• Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues. • Collect and manage driver information, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and organized. • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve driver concerns, ensuring efficient problem-solving. • Serve as a point of contact between drivers and the company, while securing clear and effective communication across the team.

• Conduct outbound calls to truck drivers, presenting job opportunities based on client requirements. • Continuously update and manage the pipeline of candidates, understanding the ever-changing nature of the trucking industry where drivers frequently seek new opportunities. • Gather and verify necessary documentation from interested candidates. • Submit candidate's applications to clients for review. • Act as the main point of contact between drivers and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

• Plan and coordinate efficient routes for dry van, flatbed, straight box, and reefer trucks. • Maintain clear and constant communication with drivers to ensure on-time and safe deliveries. • Monitor vehicle movement in real time and adjust routes as needed using transportation software tools. • Optimize routes to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and support operational goals. • Handle and maintain accurate documentation related to routes and daily operations. • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure vehicle readiness and fleet reliability. • Collaborate with ELD and Safety teams regarding driver availability and Hours of Service status.
