• Manage the optimization of the enhancements and updates deployments of key CFO systems in accounting, contracts, and finance. • Ensure that all new systems preserve or enhance adherence to accounting and auditing policies and procedures and internal controls. • Co-chair the Corporate Systems Operating Committee with GTS Enterprise Systems leader. • Accountable for change management related to technology. • Act as spokesperson for the program, including updates to information sharing with key staff. • Align governance processes with key stakeholders to ensure cohesive decision-making and operational consistency. • Lead the development of frameworks, tools, and processes for Oracle use across RTI subsidiaries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 20 years of experience, Master's degree and 16 years of experience, PhD and 12 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in financial systems, finance transformation, or enterprise technology.
- Deep expertise with Oracle ERP.
- Strong understanding of accounting, FP&A, and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership in large‑scale system implementations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
