International Business Development Representative

Fora Travel

• Lead inbound and outbound sales efforts to recruit new international Fora advisors • Qualify international leads and convert them into active advisors • Own and continuously improve the international advisor sales funnel in HubSpot, including follow-ups and conversion tracking • Host sales calls, onboarding webinars, and informational sessions for prospective advisors • Help design and localize the international acquisition journey, building workflows to support advisor growth across regions • Build and manage international-facing tools and channels (e.g., HubSpot workflows, WhatsApp for Business, Intercom) • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve the advisor experience • Use AI tools to improve sales efficiency, lead qualification, follow-ups, and internal workflows • Build or contribute to playbooks, scripts, and automation that increase productivity across international operations • Partner with internal teams to test and deploy AI-driven solutions that support advisor growth at scale • Work closely with Business Development, Support, Product, and Marketing to align international market needs with company strategy • Act as a voice of the international advisor, sharing insights to inform product and operational decisions

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales-focused role (e.g., business development, sales development, account executive, partnerships, or growth)
  • Proven ability to book meetings through cold outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language
  • Ability to work European hours
  • Experience selling into international markets (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort leading sales calls and webinars
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Benefits

  • Compensation varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $45K–$75K + bonus. Final compensation will reflect the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.
