Essential Job Functions / Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Program Design and Development - Develop engaging content and training programs tailored to business and employee development needs. - Partner with subject matter experts to create content and learning materials, including eLearnings, instructor-led training, learner workbooks, guides, ongoing micro-learning, knowledge checks, and job aids. - Apply adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective learning experiences. - Training Delivery - Coordinate train-the-trainer initiatives and develop comprehensive training programs and materials to equip trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively educate others. - Program Coordination and Support - Create, maintain, and follow processes, templates, and workflows in a way that is scalable and standardized - Ensure accuracy, organization, and consistency across learning materials - Organize and manage logistics for training programs, such as scheduling, participant communication, and materials preparation. - Support the Director of Talent Development and the Talent Development team in implementing company-wide learning initiatives. - Evaluation and Reporting - Develop measures for and analyze training effectiveness through metrics, participant feedback, and learning outcomes. - Provide recommendations to improve programs based on data-driven insights. - Learning Technology Administration - Support the Learning Management System (LMS) organization and configuration. - Responsible for uploading and testing courses, enrolling users, and tracking progress, while collaborating with the HRIS team to ensure effective use of the LMS. - Explore and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
