Your Role: As a Senior Off-Site Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting a customer in the Cincinnati, OH, area. You will represent the BAE Engine Controls group in this key role and be a steward for our business interests. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - MS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent plus 4 years' experience. - Experience in full lifecycle including requirements, design, integration, validation, and verification. - 1+ years of experience using MBSE/SYSML tools such as MagicDraw/Cameo. - Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment. - Strong oral and written communications skills. - Motivated self-starter with good problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability. - Planning and organization skills. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $86460 - $146982 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
