Role Description The Enterprise Systems and Integration Lead is responsible for the operational ownership of enterprise systems and integration architecture. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and performance of internal IT platforms, while overseeing integration strategies and execution. Positioned under the strategic leadership of the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and Systems, this role focuses on day-to-day technical leadership, system maintenance, and team coordination, supporting the broader enterprise architecture vision. - Manage and maintain enterprise systems including internal business applications and internal platforms. - Oversee integration architecture and middleware operations to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. - Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform, Azure and other necessary technologies. - Lead technical teams in resolving issues, implementing features, and maintaining system documentation. - Coordinate deployments, updates, and release cycles across platforms. - Manage credentials, client secrets, and service account passwords to maintain system security. - Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as log clean-up and user access reviews. - Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to support data schema understanding and reporting needs. - Serve as the primary contact for system-related inquiries, escalating only when strategic review or architectural exceptions are needed. - Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance policies. - Support innovation and operational improvements aligned with enterprise architecture direction. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise systems and integrations. - Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware technologies. - Experience leading technical teams and overseeing system operations. - Minimum 5 years of experience with solution and technical design for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps and Power Automate, Mandatory. - Minimum 10 years experience with technical and functional development with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, Mandatory. - Strong understanding of D365 Portal, Canvas Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Mandatory. - Knowledge of credential management, deployment pipelines, and system maintenance practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams. - Ability to work independently while aligning with strategic enterprise architecture direction. - Experience in documenting systems and supporting analytics/reporting teams. - Proven ability to manage operational escalations and ensure system reliability. Position Title: Mainframe Systems Engineer Position Location: Remote US Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Systems Engineer specializing in capacity planning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage tools like CP3000 and VPAT to ensure optimal performance and capacity utilization of IBM Mainframe hardware. Candidate will work actively to identify bottlenecks derived from SMF record types, contributing directly to our commitment to delivering service and benefits to our customers. Essential Functions: - Capacity Planning: Utilize CP3000 and VPAT tools to analyze current capacity and predict future resource requirements. Ensure that mainframe systems are adequately provisioned to meet both current and anticipated business demands. - Bottleneck identification: Employ SMF Record types to monitor performance and identify bottlenecks in the mainframe environment. Analyze trends and propose action plans to alleviate performance issues. - Optimization Recommendations: provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing system performance, reducing costs, and improving service levels. - Collaboration: Work closely with our Account Executives, Presales and Systems engineers to understand customer workload requirements and optimize the configuration of mainframe resources. - Other duties as assigned.
