• As an employee of WBS TRAINING you represent your field with passion and foresight • In your role as an instructor, the primary goal is the competence development of the course participants • In designing your lessons you act both as a content provider and as a learning facilitator and mentor—Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Use of various teaching methods for lesson design • Preparation and design of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conducting competency growth assessments

Job Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
  • Professional experience configuring and managing Microsoft Servers
  • Knowledge of virtualization (HyperView) and Linux (advantageous)
  • AI and ChatGPT are of interest to you and can be well integrated into your teaching
  • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
  • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., vocational instructor certificate according to AEVO)
  • Methodical and didactic skill in conveying teaching content
  • Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
